Our Virtual Reality (VR) Simulator is the latest technology combining online training with realistic machine controls. Designed to deliver effective hands-on training for operators to develop, practice and assess their skills in a simulated work environment.
Delivered by Mobile Training PTY LTD, the Virtual Reality Simulator is now available for hire. Daily, weekly or monthly, our simulator comes with an option to include a personal trainer to help assist with setup and demonstrations at your next staff training day.
Mobile Training PTY LTD can also offer a Statement of Attainment (SOA) and a Verification of Competency (VOC), for Heavy Plant and Machinery. With the excavator Simulator, SOA and VOC can be completed either onsite during working hours or at an agreed location outside the normal working day. We offer a 24/7 service, and no job is too big or too small.
* Pricing excludes simulator transport. One hour of travel is included within the Sydney Metro area; additional costs apply for locations outside this zone and will be confirmed upon enquiry.
* Operator travel and accommodation are not included. Where required, these costs will be charged at cost price, with a full quotation provided before booking is confirmed.
The simulators are mobile and easy to set up, including a fully programmed training component with real-time feedback and scoring. Training components include basic travel, digging shallow trenches, loading trucks, building ramps, digging & dumping, environment practice, building skills. The 3D virtual environment delivers unparalleled visibility, while real machine controls provide operators with an authentic, true-to-life look and feel.
Mobile Training now offers a six-level accreditation framework, giving both operators and employers a clearer, more meaningful measure of skill and experience. No more “one ticket fits all”, each level reflects real capability.
Our copyrighted training system includes a QR code or emailed summary, allowing companies to instantly view an operator’s verified experience gained through their VOC or SOA. This not only improves workforce transparency but also encourages operators to progress and achieve higher competency levels.

Yes, group training is available for all our SOA and VOC units. However, for new starters we strongly recommend choosing individual training. One-on-one sessions ensure each learner has full access to the machine and dedicated guidance from the trainer across the three days, leading to faster skills development and greater confidence.
